Active participants and students are entitled to the scientific program including abstract book and welcome reception. Accompanying persons; spouses, family members, and non-professionals are entitled to the welcome reception and accompanying persons' program (AP-1).

Application and Inquiry
Participation is open to all persons interested in Medicinal Chemistry. Participants from industries and business enterprises in this field are also welcome and requested to register as regular participants. Registration for the Symposium can be made in one of the following ways.

1) Online registration
Online registration is available here. Please fill in the online registration form and send via Internet.
2) Fax or post-mail of the registration form
Please complete the registration form (form A) and send it by fax or post-mail to the registration secretariat. You can download the registration form (PDF) here.

Payment
All payment should be made in Japanese Yen. You can select one of the following methods for payment of the registration fee.

1) Bank Transfer

Please make a bank transfer within 10 days after registering. If a remitter's name is different from a registrant's (e.g. university or company name), please notify the registration secretariat.
2) Credit Card (Overseas participants only)
VISA or Master Card payment is acceptable. Please provide the necessary information required on the registration form and send it via Internet, by fax or post mail.

Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk will be open at the Kyoto Park Hotel during the following hours. Please be advised, however, that advance registration is recommended to facilitate on-site registration during the Symposium.

Cancellation and Refunds
Written cancellation requests must be received before August 31, 2003. In this case, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded after the Symposium.
