Bárány Society Members, Non-members,
Residents/Students and Accompanying Persons are entitled to
Meeting materials, admittance to the scientific sessions and
to the exhibition area, all coffee breaks and lunches, Get Together
and Welcome Reception. |

Residents/Students planning to participate in the Meeting
are requested to send the Organizing Secretariat a copy of their
ID or the signature of their official supervisor at their university
or academic institute via facsimile. |
Application and Inquiry
Participation is open to all persons interested in vestibular research
and its clinical application. Registration for the Meeting and Social
Programs can be made in one of the following ways.

- Fax or post-mail of the Registration Form

and send it by fax or post-mail to the Organizing Secretariat,
whose address is shown on the inside front page.
Payment
All payment should be made in Japanese Yen. You can select one of
the following methods for payment of the registration fee and social
program fee. Confirmation of registration will be sent to the registrant
by e-mail.

Please make a bank transfer within 10 days after registering.
If a remitter's name is different from a registrant's (e.g. university
or company name), please notify the Organizing Secretariat.
- Credit Card
VISA or Master Card payment is acceptable. Please provide the
necessary information and send it via Internet, by fax or post-mail.
Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk will be open at Kyoto International
Conference Center during the following hours. Please be advised,
however, that advance registration is recommended to facilitate
on-site registration during the Meeting.

Cancellation and Refunds
Written cancellation requests must be received before February
29, 2008. In this case, 70% of the registration fee will
be refunded after the Meeting.
Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent by the Organizing
Committee upon request to those who have registered and paid the
registration fee. However, such solicited invitations will not include
an offer for payment of any expenses, such as registration, travel
or hotel accommodation for the Meeting.
Certificate of Attendance
If you wish to have a certificate of attendance, please apply for
it at the Secretariat during the Meeting.
