- Participants and students are entitled to Congress materials, admittance to the scientific sessions and to the exhibition area, lunches, and Welcome Reception.
- Accompanying persons mean registered spouses and family members, and are invited to Welcome Reception and Banquet.
- Students/Pre-doctorial students planning to participate in the Congress are requested to send the Organizing Secretariat a copy of their ID or the signature of their official supervisor at their university or academic institute via fax or e-mail.

Application and Inquiry
Participation is open to all persons interested in Histochemistry and Cytochemistry. Registration for the Congress and Banquet can be made in one of the following ways.

  1. Online registration
    Online registration is available at URL: http://www.acplan/ichc2012/. Please fill in the online registration form and send via the Internet.
     
  2. Registration by post or fax
    Please download the registration form (PDF) at URL: http://www.acplan.jp/ichc2012/ and send it by post or fax to the Organizing Secretariat, whose address is indicated on the top page.

Payment
All payments should be made in Japanese Yen. You can select one of the following methods for payment of the registration fee. Confirmation of registration will be sent to the registrant by e-mail.

  1. Bank Transfer

    Please make a bank transfer within 10 days after registering. If a remitter's name is different from a registrant's (e.g. university or company name), please notify the Organizing Secretariat.
     
  2. Credit Card
    VISA or Master Card payment is acceptable. Please provide the necessary information and send it via the Internet, by post or fax.

Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk will be open at Kyoto International Conference Center during the following hours.

August 27 (Mon) - 29 (Wed) 8:00-18:00

Cancellation and Refunds
Written cancellation requests must be received before July 15, 2012. In this case, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded after the Congress.

Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation will be sent by the Organizing Committee upon request to those who have registered and paid the registration fee. However, such solicited invitations will not include an offer for payment of any expenses, such as registration, travel or hotel accommodation for the Congress.

Certificate of Attendance
If you wish to have a certificate of attendance, please apply for it at the Secretariat during the Congress.
