Abstract submission

Abstract submission period

Thursday, May 7 - Wednesday, July 22, 2026

Please follow the instructions below to submit your abstract to the 53rd Annual Meeting of the JSRM. The presentation should be made in the form of an oral presentation.

Instructions for preparing abstracts

• Authors name: The first author should be the speaker. A maximum of 11 co-authors including the first author can be registered.
• Affiliation: Up to 6 affiliations can be registered.
• Abstract title: Up to 100 characters. The first letter of each word should be upper case letters. Prepositions and articles should be lower case letters (except at the beginning of sentences).
• Abstract body: Up to 1600 characters. No chart, graphic, figure and table can be uploaded.

Please click on the “New registration” button below when you submit for the first time. If you wish to amend your submitted abstract, please click “Confirmation/Edit” button and login with your password and ID.
